I had a birthday order this week where the birthday girl wanted either Carrot Cake or Apple Cinnamon Cupcakes. After brainstorming and searching on the net (i am always looking up ideas) I decided to bake her Spice Cupcakes w/ an Apple Butter filling and Buttercream Frosting. And since I have to ship they went into jars which I tied off w/ green ribbon (her fav color)....
I sprinkled two of them w/ cinnamon and left the other two plain.
These were left over....
