I had a birthday order this week where the birthday girl wanted either Carrot Cake or Apple Cinnamon Cupcakes. After brainstorming and searching on the net (i am always looking up ideas) I decided to bake her Spice Cupcakes w/ an Apple Butter filling and Buttercream Frosting. And since I have to ship they went into jars which I tied off w/ green ribbon (her fav color)....

I plan on taking the money I receive from the orders I get and giving it to the Salvation Army to help families in need have a lovely Christmas. I'm sure some of you have gone shopping this past weekend cos of all the Black Friday sales, but do you have the heart and time to give a little to help families less fourtunate than yourself?? Sweet Potato Cupcakes.

I am always looking up new ideas for the things to make for my business and came across the Sweet Potato Cupcake and just had to try it out to see how good they were, plus w/ Thanksgiving just two days away I couldn't resist. These cupcakes are moist, they melt in your mouth, they are crumbly and very Mmm Mmm good. My husband and little one ate 3 of them as soon as I got done frosting them! All I heard coming from them were sighs of delight and smacking lips. I frosted half w/ a Cream Cheese Frosting and the other half w/ Marshmallow Cream Frosting.

Cupcakes- $1.50 each for standard size and $.75 for miniture.

*Will decorate to fit the theme of your special event. 
(That's $18 for a dozen standard and $9 a dozen for mini cupcakes!)

*Cupcakes are layered in the jars so you don't need to specify a size. Just the amount of jars.

Cupcake Poppers- $4.50 for a batch of 6.

*These are just like Macarons but are made w/ miniture cupcakes and come in colors!

*Please specify what color you would like me to use. (food coloring is used when making these.) unless you don't want colors then just tell me the flavor of the cake .

Cookies- $1 each

25 cookies = 1 pound for $12
