My first custom made birthday cake.

The birthday girls favorite show is gator boys and she wanted a crocodile cake and this is what I came up with. Was told it was very much enjoyed.

These are a Chocolate Cupcake Infused w/ Coffee, topped w/ Milk Chocolate and Raspberry Buttercream Frosting.

I had a birthday order this week where the birthday girl wanted either Carrot Cake or Apple Cinnamon Cupcakes. After brainstorming and searching on the net (i am always looking up ideas) I decided to bake her Spice Cupcakes w/ an Apple Butter filling and Buttercream Frosting. And since I have to ship they went into jars which I tied off w/ green ribbon (her fav color)....

I plan on taking the money I receive from the orders I get and giving it to the Salvation Army to help families in need have a lovely Christmas.
